Refund policy
RETURNS
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging, where applicable.
- If the product is damaged or there’s another issue, please contact us within 48 hours at klantenservicekubanna@gmail.com.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- All items must be in original, resellable condition.
- Make sure all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- All return parcels must be sent using a trackable and insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
- If you are returning an item from outside the Netherlands, please clearly mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid customs charges. Kubanna is NOT responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Make sure the return form is included with your return.
- Orders returned after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
- Always keep your Track & Trace code in case something goes wrong during return shipping.
- We do not accept returns of socks, underwear, or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

IN-STORE RETURNS
Our 14-day return policy also applies to in-store purchases, under the same conditions as our online return policy. However, in-store returns are not eligible for refunds. Instead, you will receive a store credit or can exchange the item for something else.
- SALE items are non-returnable.

We aim to process returns within 1–2 working days after receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be issued within a maximum of 5 working days after processing, depending on your card issuer.
